This U.S. Trade Customer Support team member is an integral part of the order to delivery process. Trade Analyst shall perform tasks on a daily basis that directly impact client and client business operations and customer relations to a substantial degree.
Responsibilities shall require the Analyst to work independent of management.
This position shall be responsible for taking customer product orders via Seibel and phone.
Position requires a candidate that is accurate and efficient in performing all customer support tasks. Additional projects may be assigned at management’s discretion.
Looking for team player with experience in SAP & Seibel, willing to train the right candidate.
